Nutrition accounts for 90% of the results that you see in your fitness regimen. This is why you see so many people that workout so hard and never really change. You can't out-train a bad diet.

2-Week Blitz


This is a 2 week shock to the body. It is a good plan for someone trying to drop as much weight as posssible in a short amount of time without feeling like you are starving. This is a great plan if you feel that you need to clean your system out and reset your metabolism. You will know exactly when to eat, what to eat and how much of each food to eat for every meal during the 14 days. 


4-Week Nutrition Plan

This plan will lay out meals and give you choices so that you don't have to eat the same thing all the time. It is varied foods and put together for your specific body type and goals.

12-Week Nutrition Plan 


This plan is a good choice if you have a special event coming up and want to look your best. It is also good for someone trying to learn how to eat right and have a healthy life-style. It includes a plan to follow with cheat meals/days, a menu with choices so that you don't have to eat the same thing all the time, and access to Kelly's special recipes.
